I recently stayed and impressed at how clean the room was and how friendly the staff (Thank you Jay and others for taking care of me)! That I ended up staying another night. Great location in Pasadena, lots of parking, and overall a peaceful time. Clean room and real nice shower, relaxing bed, windows that open so if you want fresh air you got it. 5* all around! Will be back soon!

it was a fast process, and easy but when it was time to check out the manager was very firm about the 11am check out or he was gonna charge me.. manager made a big deal about a hole in the wall that was already there and blamed it on us. I had to pay a $40 fee because the white towels had a little pink on them cause my hair. I feel like it wasn't anything bleach couldn't fix. he also said I had visitors all night and the neighbors complained which was a huge lie cause the one person that came she was only there for like 20 mins at the max.

I'm a budget traveler, and I thought the price for 2 nights here and the good reviews would reflect our experience. I was wrong. I booked this to have to not be in Hollywood when going to Universal Studios. When we checked in, the gentleman at the front desk didn't take my ID to confirm I was who I said I was, as well as said the room number out loud, which is not something you should EVER do as a hotel concierge. That was off-putting for me. This place is gross. The floor felt dirty, kept socks on to prevent my feet from getting dirty. The bottom of my socks ended up being disgustingly dirty just from the floor. There was so much dust and dirt behind the chair, can only imagine under the bed. The bed sheet had a stain on it, which sure can be clean but just replace the sheet. A king sized bed only had 3 small square pillows, if a couple is sleeping here (which I was with my husband) there isn't enough pillows to sleep comfortably. The shower was alright, but the towels made my skin break out so bad. It was like there was pilling coming off the tower and onto my skin, making it extremely red and textured, which I normally have good skin. The toilet paper holder was nonexistent, I h

Overall, we were agreeably surprised (better than we expected). Pros: - Our room was recently renovated and in great condition. - The room was spacious. - Parking is free. - The reception clerk is very nice and accommodate for your request fast (quarters for laundry, extra towel). - Neighboring guests are polite. Cons: - The cleaning could have been better (we found 2 long hairs in the bathroom).
